Job Title: Electrician cum Plumber

Job Summary

Responsible for carrying out electrical and plumbing installation, maintenance, inspection, and repair work to ensure the protected and efficient functioning of the building, equipment, water supply, drainage, and electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities

Electrical Maintenance

- Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of electrical wiring, switches, sockets, lights, fans, and other electrical fixtures.
- Identify and rectify electrical faults, short circuits, and power supply issues.
- Maintain electrical panels, circuit breakers, and related equipment within the scope of authorization.
- Replace defective electrical components and ensure proper functioning of electrical systems.
- Follow electrical safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

Plumbing Maintenance

- Install, inspect, and repair water supply pipes, taps, valves, washbasins, toilets, and other plumbing fixtures.
- Identify and rectify water leakage, pipe blockages, and drainage problems.




- Maintain water pumps, overhead tanks, and water distribution systems.
- Attend plumbing complaints and carry out preventive maintenance.
- Ensure proper functioning of sanitation and drainage systems.
- General Maintenance and Safety
- Attend maintenance complaints and complete assigned jobs promptly.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance issues and prevent equipment failures.
- Maintain records of repairs, maintenance activities, and materials used.
- Ensure cleanliness and safety of the work area after completing repairs.
- Report major faults, equipment damage, and material requirements to the supervisor.
- Coordinate with other maintenance staff and departments as required.
- Follow organizational policies, safety standards, and emergency procedures.

Qualifications and Skills

- ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Plumbing, or a related technical field preferred.
- Relevant experience in electrical and plumbing maintenance.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month Work Location: On the road
