Job Responsibilities:

- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair blow molding machines used for PET bottles and jars production.
- Handle electrical and mechanical maintenance of production machinery, motors, pumps, compressors, and auxiliary equipment.
- Diagnose machine breakdowns and minimize production downtime.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure smooth plant operations.
- Troubleshoot electrical panels, sensors, wiring, drives, and pneumatic/hydraulic systems.
- Monitor machine performance and ensure consistent product quality.
- Coordinate with production staff to resolve technical issues and improve machine efficiency.
- Maintain maintenance records, spare parts inventory, and breakdown reports.




- Ensure compliance with industrial safety standards and proper maintenance procedures.

Requirements:

- Diploma/Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience in plastic processing, PET bottle/jar manufacturing, or blow molding machines will be preferred.
- Practical knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical assemblies, and industrial troubleshooting.
- Ability to identify faults quickly and work under production deadlines.
- Responsible, proactive, and capable of working independently in a manufacturing workplace.

Preferred Candidate: Candidates with hands-on experience in blow molding machines and PET packaging manufacturing.
