Role Description This is a full-time Electrical Engineer role with a hybrid work arrangement, based in Madurai with some flexibility for work from home.

The Electrical

Engineer will design and review electrical systems for solar power projects, including power distribution and grid-connected solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial clients. Daily responsibilities include preparing electrical drawings and calculations, performing load flow and system studies, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and safety regulations.



The role involves coordinating with project managers and installation teams, supporting site surveys, and providing technical guidance during commissioning and maintenance activities.

The Electrical

Engineer will also contribute to optimizing system efficiency, troubleshooting electrical issues, and preparing technical documentation and reports for internal and client stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Electrical Engineering and Electricity, with a solid understanding of fundamental electrical principles and safety practices.
- Candidates should possess skills in Electrical Design and Power Distribution, including the ability to create drawings, layouts, and specifications for solar and related electrical systems.
- Candidates should possess skills in Power Systems, including grid integration, load analysis, fault studies, and performance optimization of solar power plants.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Experience in solar energy projects, renewable energy systems, or power plant engineering is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency with relevant design and simulation tools (e.g., AutoCAD, ETAP, or similar) and familiarity with national and international electrical codes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
