Role Overview
As an Electrical Assembly Operator, you will be responsible for the high-quality assembly and wiring of our modular power units. You will play a vital role in ensuring that every EPOD leaving our factory meets the highest standards of safety, functionality, and technical precision required by the world’s largest tech companies.
Key Responsibilities
● Perform complex wiring and assembly of electrical components (switchboard’s, UPS, busbars, and control panels)
according to technical drawings and schematics.
● Conduct self-inspections to ensure all connections and components meet rigorous quality and safety standards
● Perform continuity, insulation, and point-to-point wiring checks to ensure 100% accuracy against schematics.
● Read and understand electrical diagrams and work instructions to execute assembly tasks accurately.
● Comply and promote Health, Safety, and Setting (HSE) protocols, ensuring a clean and hazard free environment.
● Collaborate to identify opportunities for process optimization and waste reduction.
● Properly use and maintain specialized manual and power tools (crimping tools, torque wrenches, etc.).
Required Skills and Experience
● Technical certification or previous experience in Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Installations or similar.
● Ability to read and understand electrical schematics.
● Experience in handling electrical tools and industrial equipment.
● Experience of low/medium voltage systems is highly valued.
● A functional level of English is highly valued.
● High attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
