Role Description The Electric Vehicle Service Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role is responsible for coordinating and scheduling service appointments for electric vehicles, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of customer issues.

The coordinator will communicate with customers, service technicians, and operations teams to manage service requests, track progress, and provide updates. Daily tasks include maintaining service records, monitoring workflows, prioritizing urgent cases, and supporting smooth workshop operations.



The role also involves addressing customer inquiries, managing escalations, and contributing to continuous improvement of service processes and customer experience.

- Candidates should possess strong Service Coordination and Operations Management skills to handle scheduling, workflow, and service delivery efficiently.
