Job DescriptionWe are looking for confident, motivated, and sales-oriented Education Counselors with a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, counseling, or client conversion.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to engage with prospective students, and a strong focus on achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Calling &

• Counseling: Connect with prospective students through calls, understand their educational backgrounds, interests, and study-abroad goals.
- Student Guidance: Explain higher education opportunities, universities, scholarships,



and admission processes in Taiwan and Japan.
- Service Explanation: Clearly communicate EduCare Taiwan's consultancy services, admission assistance, and service fees.
- Sales &

- Conversion: Convert interested student leads into paid clients while achieving individual monthly sales targets.
- Lead Follow-Ups: Maintain regular communication with prospective students, address their concerns, and guide them toward enrollment.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of student interactions, follow-ups, and conversion status.
- Target Achievement: Consistently work toward monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
Eligibility &
- Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (mandatory).
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in sales, telesales, inside sales, or education counseling.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and handling student inquiries.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
- Prior experience in EdTech, overseas education consulting, or admission counseling will be an added advantage.
- Freshers are not eligible for this position.
