Description

Administer and manage Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM).

Configure and maintain device enrollment profiles, configuration profiles, and compliance policies.

Manage Windows Autopilot deployments and device provisioning processes.

Perform Windows 10/11 deployment, upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management.

Implement and manage endpoint security controls, including BitLocker and compliance policies.

Deploy and manage applications through Intune/MEM.

Monitor device compliance and remediate endpoint management issues.

Support incident, problem, and change management activities as per ITIL processes.

Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell scripting.

Ensure endpoint devices meet security, compliance, and operational standards.
