The role focuses on optimizing listings, monitoring shop performance, and implementing strategies to increase visibility, conversions, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities: Monitor daily Etsy shop operations including orders, listings, and inventory Optimize product listings (titles, tags, descriptions, images, SEO) Manage customer inquiries, reviews, and issue resolution in line with Market place standards Track shop performance, traffic,
