Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and process Bill of Lading (BL) and shipping documentation.
- Verify shipping instructions, invoices, packing lists, and other documents.
- Coordinate with customers, shipping lines, freight forwarders, CHA, and internal teams.
- Ensure BL details are accurate and submitted within deadlines.
- Handle draft BL approval, amendments, corrections, and final BL release.




- Follow up on documentation discrepancies and resolve issues.
- Maintain records of shipping and customer documentation.
- Respond to customer queries regarding shipment status and documentation.
- Coordinate with operations and logistics teams for smooth shipment execution.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and shipping regulations.
- Prepare reports and update shipment/documentation status.

Required Skills:

- Knowledge of Bill of Lading and export/import documentation.
- Good understanding of shipping/logistics processes.
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple shipments.
- Good email-writing and coordination skills.

Experience: Typically 1–5 years in shipping, freight forwarding, logistics, export documentation, or customer service. Salary : As per industry standards
