Role Description This is a part-time remote role focused on Documentum D2 Smart and AI solutions. The professional in this role will configure, customize, and maintain Documentum D2 Smart environments, ensuring stable performance, security, and usability for client applications and content management workflows. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing business requirements, designing and implementing D2 configurations, integrating AI-driven features, and troubleshooting technical issues.

The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams,



documenting technical solutions, and providing guidance on best practices for enterprise content management. The individual will be expected to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver high-quality work within agreed timelines.

Qualifications

- Solid knowledge of Documentum D2 Smart configuration, customization, and administration skills.
- Experience integrating AI and automation solutions with enterprise content management platforms.
- Background in web and application development (e.g., Java, REST APIs, XML/JSON) for system integration.
- Understanding of cybersecurity, access control, and compliance practices in content management.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical designs and workflows.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate in remote teams.
- Experience working with enterprise IT environments, preferably in consultancy or solution delivery roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
