Documentation Executive – LLB

About Voltrix EV

Voltrix EV is developing a company-owned and company-operated network of rapid EV charging stations across South India. The proposed network covers Karnataka, Goa, Kerala, and Tamil Nadu, with a focus on major cities, highways, and high-traffic locations.

We are looking for an experienced Documentation Executive with an LLB qualification to manage documentation, document verification, legal paperwork, and related coordination activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Verify and validate customer and official documents.
- Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and authenticity.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain legal and official documentation.
- Handle agreements, forms, applications, and other documentation.
- Identify missing or incorrect documents and coordinate for corrections.
- Maintain proper records and documentation files.
- Coordinate with customers, clients, and internal teams regarding documentation requirements.
- Ensure documents are properly maintained and updated.
- Support documentation and compliance-related activities.

Education Qualification

- LLB (Bachelor of Laws)



– Mandatory
- LLB from a recognized university/institution.
- MBA/B.Tech is not mandatory.

Experience

- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience – Mandatory
- Experience in documentation, legal documentation, document verification, or compliance documentation preferred.
- Freshers are not eligible.

Mandatory Language Requirements

Candidates must be proficient in all four languages:

- English – Mandatory
- Telugu – Mandatory
- Kannada – Mandatory
- Hindi – Mandatory

LLB Minimum 1 year relevant experience English, Telugu, Kannada & Hindi proficiency are mandatory.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
