- Take medical history and assess lifestyle habits.
- Evaluate symptoms and general health.
- Identify risk factors related to diet, sleep, stress, and physical activity.

- Administer appropriate naturopathic therapies, such as hydrotherapy, mud therapy, and therapeutic massage, when trained and authorised.
- Monitor the patient's response to treatment.
- Maintain hygiene and follow patient-safety protocols.
