Role Objective To execute MBU’s school and college outreach activities across the assigned district, generate quality student leads, build relationships with local educational institutions and ensure timely conversion of field-generated leads into applications and admissions.

Key Responsibilities

School & College Coverage

- Identify and regularly visit high-potential schools, junior colleges and coaching centres across the assigned district.
- Prepare a structured daily and weekly visit plan covering priority institutions and target student groups.
- Build and maintain an updated database of institutions, student strength, key contacts and admission potential.
- Ensure consistent coverage of identified institutions throughout the admission cycle.

Daily Field Activity & Lead Generation

- Set and achieve daily targets for institutional visits, student interactions, qualified leads and counselling sessions.
- Conduct classroom presentations, career guidance sessions, admission awareness activities and student engagement programmes.
- Identify prospective students interested in MBU’s programmes and collect accurate contact details and course preferences.
- Maintain daily records of field activities and outcomes.

Student & Parent Engagement

- Conduct career counselling, university presentations, seminars and parent interactions to generate interest in MBU.
- Explain relevant programmes, eligibility, admission processes, campus facilities, placements and career opportunities.
- Address basic student and parent queries and connect them with the university’s counselling team for detailed guidance.

Local Relationship Management

- Develop working relationships with Principals, teachers, career counsellors, coaching-centre owners and other local education stakeholders.
- Maintain regular contact with institutional representatives to facilitate repeat visits,



student counselling and admission-related activities.
- Build a robust local referral network to improve student outreach and lead generation.

CRM & Lead Follow-up

- Enter every field-generated lead into the university CRM on the same day, ensuring complete and accurate information.
- Track each lead from initial interaction through counselling, application, admission and fee payment.
- Re-engage interested students who have not completed applications or payments and record reasons for drop-offs.

Admission Target Achievement

- Achieve assigned district-level targets for qualified leads, applications, confirmed admissions and fee payments.
- Maintain a daily follow-up list of prospective students requiring further engagement.
- Identify conversion gaps and take immediate action in coordination with the Regional Manager and counselling team.
- Support admission events, campus visits, open houses and other university-led promotional activities.

Daily Reporting & Market Feedback

- Punching and Submit daily reports covering visits, student interactions, leads generated, counselling sessions, applications and admissions.
- Participate in daily or weekly performance reviews with the Regional Manager.
- Report competitor activities, student objections, parent concerns and local market opportunities.
- Ensure adherence to university-approved communication, admission policies and reporting processes.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Achievement of assigned district admission and fee-payment targets.
- Daily institutional visits and productive school/college engagements.
- Number of student interactions and qualified leads generated.
- Number of career counselling sessions and parent interactions.
- Lead entry timeliness and CRM data accuracy.
- Lead-to-application and application-to-admission conversion rates.
- Follow-up completion, institutional relationship development and reporting discipline.
