About the RoleWe're looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to take ownership of SEO and Paid Ads (Meta & Google) performance across our client portfolio, work directly with clients, and collaborate closely with our design/web team to deliver end-to-end digital marketing execution. You'll report directly to the founder and have real autonomy over how client accounts are run.

What You'll OwnSEO

- On-page, off-page, and technical SEO across multiple client websites (WordPress/Shopify/Custom CMS)
- Keyword research and content strategy built around real search intent, not just volume
- Local SEO/Google Business Profile management and optimization
- Working knowledge of AEO/GEO (AI Overview / generative search optimization) — this is now core to ranking, not optional
- Monitoring and reporting performance via Google Search Console, GA4, and tools like SEMrush/Ubersuggest

Paid Ads (Meta & Google)

- Planning, launching, and managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns (awareness, engagement, lead gen, search, Performance Max) end-to-end
- Budget management, audience and keyword targeting,



and creative/ad copy briefing across both platforms
- Performance reporting and optimization based on real campaign data across Meta and Google Ads
- Google Ads: keyword research, bidding strategy, Search/Display/Performance Max campaign structuring, and ad copy writing

Client Handling

- Acting as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Running lead/client calls, understanding business needs, and translating them into a working scope
- Regular performance reporting and relationship management

Creative Direction

- Briefing and directing static, carousel, and reel content (working with our design team on execution)
- Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT/Claude/Gemini, image/video generation tools) as part of the creative and research workflow
- Scripting and directing short-form video content (ad reels, founder clips) — editing handled by our design team

Content Creation

- Writing ad creative copies for Meta & Google Ads campaigns (headlines, primary text, CTAs)
- Producing blogs and articles aligned with SEO keyword strategy and brand voice
- Writing social media post copies across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, and others)

Web Dev Assist





- Basic hands-on comfort in WordPress/Elementor — page content, layout, padding/alignment, on-page SEO implementation
- Coordinating with designers/developers on web projects; you don't need to code, but you need to be comfortable inside the CMS

What We're Looking For

- 2 years of hands-on digital marketing experience (agency experience preferred)
- Strong working knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, with current awareness of 2026 best practices (AEO/GEO, EEAT, semantic search)
- Experience running Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns independently, not just monitoring them
- Comfortable client-facing — robust written and spoken English communication is a must
- Practical, current fluency with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar) as working tools, not novelties
- Ability to actively use AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude to research, understand, and implement solutions to day-to-day digital marketing challenges
- Working familiarity with WordPress/Elementor; Shopify exposure is a plus
- Tools: Google Search Console, GA4, Google Business Profile, Meta Business Suite/Ads Manager, Canva; SEMrush/Ubersuggest a plus
- Self-starter who can own a client relationship without heavy supervision

- Full time, on-site at our HSR Layout office
- Reporting directly to the founder, Mathew Thomas
