We’re Hiring: District Associate Manager

? Locations: Jaipur & Jodhpur, Rajasthan | Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh

We are looking for experienced and result-oriented sales professionals with hands-on experience in the local healthcare market and a strong understanding of business development across the respective territories. Candidates who are local residents of the respective locations will be preferred.

Who Can Apply?

- 4–6 years of experience in Medical Devices, Surgical, or Pharma Sales.
- Proven experience handling business in Jaipur, Jodhpur, or Bhopal, along with nearby territories.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Good understanding of the local healthcare market and customer network.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and develop business.
- Stable work history with a consistent career track record.




- Candidates residing in the respective locations will be preferred.

Your Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales across hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and other healthcare institutions in the assigned territory.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, surgeons, hospitals, and distributors.
- Develop the assigned territory and expand the customer base.
- Promote products effectively and identify new business opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Ensure timely reporting, accurate sales documentation, and regular CRM updates.
