Qualification: Graduate/Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage daily domestic and export dispatch operations.
2. Plan and execute dispatches as per customer orders and delivery schedules.
3. Handle loading, unloading, pallet arrangement, and proper stacking of finished goods.
4. Prepare dispatch documents, including invoices, packing lists, delivery challans, and e-way bills.
5. Coordinate export documentation and shipment requirements with concerned departments.
6. Process dispatch transactions and generate delivery documents through SAP/ERP.
7. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure physical stock matches ERP data.
8. Coordinate with transporters, freight forwarders, and logistics partners for timely shipments.
9. Verify material codes, quantities, packaging, labelling, and shipment details before dispatch.
10. Ensure proper export packaging, palletization,



and shipment marking as per customer requirements.
11. Track shipments and maintain records of dispatch status and proof of delivery (POD).
12. Coordinate with Production, PPC, Stores, Warehouse, Quality, and Commercial teams.
13. Prepare daily dispatch reports, pending dispatch reports, and MIS.
14. Ensure proper material handling, warehouse discipline, and protected loading practices.
15. Monitor dispatch delays, resolve discrepancies, and ensure on-time shipment execution.

Required Skills & Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in dispatch and logistics operations.
- Hands-on experience in SAP or other ERP systems is essential.
- Experience in an export-oriented manufacturing company is preferred.
- Knowledge of export documentation, MS Excel, inventory management, and logistics coordination.
