Job Title: Dispatch Executive

Location: Mysuru, Karnataka

Department: Operations / Logistics

Reports to: Operations Manager / Founder

Key Responsibilities

- Pack, label, and dispatch customer orders accurately and on time.
- Verify order quantity, SKU, batch, expiry date, packaging quality, and invoice details before dispatch.
- Generate sales invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, and shipping labels as required.
- Coordinate with courier partners, transporters, and marketplace logistics teams for timely pickup and delivery.
- Track daily shipments, resolve delivery delays, RTOs, damages, and customer delivery issues.
- Maintain dispatch records, courier manifests, GRNs, and proof-of-delivery documents.
- Manage inventory of packaging materials, courier bags, cartons, tape, labels, and fillers; raise replenishment requests.
- Coordinate with warehouse/production team for stock availability and priority order dispatch.
- Ensure correct handling of fragile, heavy, and food-grade products during packing and loading.
- Follow FIFO/FEFO, batch traceability, hygiene,



and food-safety procedures.
- Update order status on Shopify, marketplaces, and internal systems.
- Reconcile courier bills, freight charges, COD remittances, and dispatch discrepancies.
- Support returns processing, quality checks, and re-dispatch of approved replacement orders.
- Report daily dispatch status, pending orders, courier issues, and stock/packaging shortages.

Requirements
- 1–2 years’ experience in dispatch, warehouse, logistics, or e-commerce operations.
- Knowledge of invoicing, e-way bills, shipping labels, and basic GST documentation.
- Familiarity with Shopify, marketplace panels, Excel/Google Sheets, and courier portals preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, basic computer skills, and ability to handle physical packing work.
- Good communication and coordination skills; Kannada and English preferred.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced food-manufacturing environment.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
