Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Vellore for a Dispatch Executive.
The Dispatch
Executive will manage and oversee daily dispatch operations, including coordinating shipments, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining accurate records. The role involves liaising with transportation providers, maintaining compliance with documentation requirements, and addressing any dispatch-related issues.
The successful candidate will also monitor inventory and collaborate with internal teams to meet customer requirements efficiently.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in logistics planning, dispatch coordination, and supply chain management
- Attention to detail for maintaining accurate records and handling documentation
- Customer service and communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and external stakeholders
- Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced in office environment in Vellore
- Relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, or dispatch management is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
