ITV Digital is looking for an experienced and strategic Digital Videos Lead to drive YouTube growth and digital video performance across NewsX, NewsX World and TSG. If you have a strong understanding of YouTube strategy, digital news production, content optimisation and audience growth, this is an opportunity to lead digital video initiatives in a fast-paced news environment.

➤ Own and scale YouTube strategy to drive views, watch time, audience engagement and revenue growth.

➤ Oversee end-to-end YouTube publishing, including TV content uploads, live streams, VODs and compliance with platform policies.

➤ Optimise titles, thumbnails, metadata and playlists to improve content discovery, reach and monetisation.

➤ Plan and execute digital-first formats, including Shorts, explainers, interviews and analysis.





➤ Analyse YouTube Analytics and performance metrics to refine content strategy and identify growth opportunities.

➤ Collaborate with newsroom, producers, anchors and digital teams to ensure seamless content delivery and operational efficiency.

◆ More than 5 years of relevant experience in digital video, YouTube strategy, content production or a similar role.

◆ Strong understanding of YouTube growth strategies, audience engagement and monetisation.

◆ Experience managing end-to-end YouTube publishing, live streams and video-on-demand content.

◆ Ability to analyse performance metrics and use data to improve content strategy.

◆ Strong coordination and leadership skills, with the ability to manage priorities in a rapid-paced news environment.

◾ Experience with TV news channels or large-scale news YouTube networks.

◾ Exposure to international or English-language news content.

◾ Knowledge of YouTube monetisation policies and platform compliance.
