We are looking for an experienced and results-driven T-Shaped Digital Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in SEO and hands-on experience across other digital marketing channels. SEO will be the primary focus, while the ideal candidate should also have practical experience in Google Ads, social media, content marketing, and analytics.If you have 3 to 4 years of experience, have worked on multiple websites and IT service businesses, and enjoy using digital marketing to generate measurable growth, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute SEO strategies for websites across different industries
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and search intent research
- Manage on-page, technical, content, and off-page SEO activities
- Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, leads, and overall SEO performance
- Work on SEO strategies for IT services, technology, SaaS, and B2B websites
- Manage and optimize Google Search Ads and PPC campaigns
- Plan and execute organic social media content and paid social campaigns
- Support content marketing, blog planning, and website content optimization
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other marketing tools
- Work with designers, developers, and content teams to execute digital marketing strategies

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3 to 4 years of professional experience in Digital Marketing
- Strong hands-on expertise in SEO
- Experience working with 10+ websites and managing complete SEO campaigns




- Previous experience with IT Services, Technology, SaaS, Web Development, or Digital Marketing companies
- Practical experience with Google Search Ads / PPC campaigns
- Experience managing at least ₹2 lakh to ₹3 lakh or more in cumulative Google Ads spend
- Understanding of social media marketing, organic content, and paid campaigns
- Good knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager
- Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and execution skills
- Ability to understand marketing data and convert insights into actionable strategies
