This regional real-estate developer has always sold through brokers and word of mouth in its home city. Its next project is in a second city where it has no existing broker network and no name recognition, which means digital is now the primary way it will reach buyers rather than a supporting channel. The company has partnered with Flexiple to hire a Digital Marketing Manager to own that shift.

What you'd be building

You will set up and run digital demand generation for a project launch from close to zero: paid search and social aimed at homebuyers researching a current city, a landing page and lead-capture flow, and a retargeting sequence for people who visit a show apartment but do not book on the spot. Real estate lead cycles are long and this is not a lead-farming role — you will be measured on qualified site visits and bookings, not raw form fills.

How the launch team runs

- You report to the head of sales and marketing and work alongside the on-ground sales team that handles site visits
- You manage the budget and agency relationship for paid media directly
- You track cost per qualified lead and cost per booking,



and adjust spend weekly based on what sales is closing

Who this role needs Two to seven years in digital or performance marketing, ideally with some real-estate, high-ticket, or long-cycle-purchase experience. You should be comfortable owning a paid budget directly, reading a CRM to understand what is actually converting to bookings rather than just leads, and working closely with an on-ground sales team rather than at arm's length from them.

- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads, including landing-page and retargeting setup
- Comfort with a CRM and basic funnel reporting

What you'd get out of it You would be the first owner of a real digital budget at this company, not inheriting someone else's dashboards, with direct visibility into what converts to actual bookings and a straight line to the head of sales and marketing.
