Role Description The Digital Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to grow brand awareness and drive sales for Dtale’s home décor products. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing social media channels, creating and scheduling content, monitoring performance, and engaging with the online community.

The Digital Marketing

Manager will oversee lead generation initiatives, track web analytics, and refine strategies based on data insights. The role also involves collaborating with design, sales, and retail teams to align digital activities with product launches, in-store events, and overall brand positioning.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess solid Digital Marketing and Marketing skills, with experience in developing and executing integrated online campaigns.
- Candidates should possess Social Media Marketing skills, including content planning, platform management, and audience engagement.
- Candidates should possess Web Analytics skills, with the ability to interpret data, generate reports, and optimize campaigns based on insights.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills, including designing funnels, nurturing prospects, and improving conversion rates.
- Relevant skills and qualifications include proficiency with major digital tools and platforms (e.g., Meta, Google Ads, email marketing tools), strong written and visual communication abilities, and familiarity with e-commerce or retail marketing.
- Ability to work on-site in Kochi, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, and prior experience in a digital marketing role; experience in home décor, design, or lifestyle brands is an advantage.
