Role Description The Digital Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi, responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive business growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing social media channels, running targeted campaigns, and overseeing lead generation activities across paid and organic channels. The role involves monitoring web analytics, tracking campaign performance, and preparing reports with actionable insights to improve ROI.

Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams,



coordinate content and creatives, manage marketing budgets, and ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital touchpoints.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in Digital Marketing and Marketing, with experience developing and executing integrated online campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with Social Media Marketing, including content planning, campaign management, and community engagement.
- Demonstrated ability in Lead Generation through paid ads, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and other performance-driven channels.
- Competence in Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, search console, ad platforms) to track metrics, analyze data, and optimize performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear briefs and collaborate with design and development teams.
- Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and a data-driven mindset.
- Prior experience in a tech or SaaS environment is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
