About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Digital Marketing & Growth Specialist who can independently manage and scale our digital marketing efforts across MindHope (transitioning to ClarityHope.com) and ClaraShift.com.

This is a full-time role for someone with strong hands-on expertise in SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, WordPress, analytics and conversion optimisation .

We are looking for a skilled who understands that digital marketing is not just about running ads or increasing website traffic. It is about generating quality leads, improving conversions, building organic visibility and delivering measurable business growth.

You should be capable of taking ownership of campaigns and marketing initiatives, identifying opportunities, solving problems and delivering results with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

SEO (Primary Ownership)

- End-to-end SEO strategy (On-page + Off-page)
- Keyword research based on search intent & conversions
- Internal linking & site architecture
- Backlink strategy & execution
- White-hat outreach
- Guest posts, niche edits, citations
- Monitor performance via Google Search Console & Analytics

Google Ads & Meta Ads (Primary Ownership)

- Plan, launch, and manage Ads
- Lead generation & conversion-focused campaigns
- Funnel optimization: Ad → Landing Page → Conversion
- Budget control and ROI-focused optimization
- Continuous testing of ad copies, keywords, and landing pages

WordPress & Website Management

- Manage and optimise WordPress websites, landing pages, forms,



plugins and website content.
- Create conversion-focused landing pages for advertising and organic campaigns.
- Implement basic HTML, CSS and JavaScript changes wherever required.
- Manage technical SEO implementations, including JSON-LD, structured data and schema markup.
- Identify website performance and user-experience issues that affect search rankings and conversions.

Analytics & Tracking

- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Google Ads
- Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Conversion & event tracking
- UTM parameter setup and analysis
- Performance reporting with clear insights and actions

Strict Requirements : 5–10 years of real-world digital marketing experience

- Proven expertise in SEO + Google Ads
- Prior experience in mental health / wellness / healthcare
- Comfortable handling sensitive content and compliance
- Strong analytical mindset (data > assumptions)
- Ability to work independently and responsibly
