Digital Marketing Executive (B2B SaaS)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to lead our digital marketing initiatives and support the growth of our SaaS products. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across the complete digital marketing ecosystem, including performance marketing, SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, marketing automation, analytics, and lead generation.

This role requires someone who understands B2B SaaS marketing, customer acquisition, demand generation, and brand building, and can work closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Design, and external agencies to execute high-impact campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Strategy

- Develop and execute the company's digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Build integrated digital campaigns that generate qualified leads and increase brand awareness.
- Plan and execute Go-to-Market (GTM) campaigns for current product launches and feature releases.
- Drive customer acquisition across domestic and international markets.

Performance Marketing

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across:
- Google Ads
- LinkedIn Ads
- Meta Ads
- YouTube
- Display Networks
- Manage campaign budgets and maximize ROI.
- Monitor CPL, CAC, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates, and campaign performance.
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, and campaign messaging.

SEO & Organic Growth

- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Improve website rankings and organic traffic.
- Work with agencies and content teams on technical SEO, on-page optimization, and backlink strategies.
- Monitor website health and SEO performance.

Content & Brand Marketing

- Develop content strategies that support lead generation and brand awareness.




- Create marketing assets including:
- Blogs
- Case studies
- Whitepapers
- Product brochures
- Email campaigns
- Landing pages
- Customer success stories
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital channels.

Social Media Marketing

- Manage LinkedIn and other relevant social media platforms.
- Develop thought leadership campaigns.
- Increase audience engagement and brand visibility.
- Execute social media campaigns supporting product launches and events.

Marketing Automation & Lead Nurturing

- Execute email marketing campaigns.
- Build lead nurturing workflows.
- Improve lead scoring and marketing automation processes.
- Collaborate with Sales to improve lead conversion.

Website & Conversion Optimization

- Work closely with UI/UX, Product, and Development teams to improve website performance.
- Optimize landing pages for higher conversions.
- Improve website user journeys and customer experience.
- Recommend and implement CRO initiatives.

Analytics & Reporting

- Track digital marketing KPIs and campaign effectiveness.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance dashboards.
- Generate actionable insights using:
- Google Analytics
- Google Search Console
- CRM dashboards
- Marketing automation tools
- Present campaign performance and recommendations to leadership.

Cross-functional Collaboration

- Partner with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Design, and external agencies to execute marketing initiatives.
- Support webinars, events, customer campaigns, and product launches.
- Ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and sales objectives.

Experience Required

- 3–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing.
- Proven experience in Performance Marketing with measurable business outcomes.
- Experience generating Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and supporting Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
- Experience launching SaaS products or managing GTM campaigns is highly preferred.
