Role Description The Digital Marketing Executive will manage and execute day-to-day online marketing activities to strengthen Biopharmacieaa’s brand presence and support business growth. This full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division includes planning and running digital campaigns across social media, search, and other online channels, as well as coordinating with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with product and clinical priorities. The role involves creating and optimizing web content, managing social media calendars,



and monitoring audience engagement to drive awareness of dermatology and skincare solutions.

The Digital Marketing

Executive will track and analyze performance metrics using web analytics tools, prepare regular reports, and recommend data-driven improvements. Collaboration with medical, product, and design teams to ensure accurate, compliant, and compelling messaging is a core part of the role.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Marketing, including campaign planning, brand positioning, and digital strategy.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to convey complex dermatology concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Hands-on experience in Social Media Marketing, including content scheduling, community management, and platform-specific best practices.
- Proficiency in Web Content Writing and creating SEO-aware, audience-focused copy for websites, blogs, and landing pages.
- Ability to use Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to measure performance, interpret data, and optimize campaigns.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Familiarity with dermatology, skincare, or healthcare products is an advantage.
- Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects on-site in the Pune Division.
- Comfort working with cross-functional teams and adapting to evolving digital trends and technologies.
