Digital Growth & Marketing Systems Lead

About the role

TECHFLOW Enterprises Private Limited is an industrial equipment manufacturer serving air pollution control, industrial air handling and pneumatic conveying applications.

We are looking for a hands-on digital marketing professional who can generate qualified B2B inquiries and build effective marketing systems using SEO, paid campaigns, websites, analytics and AI.

Key responsibilities

- Manage technical and on-page SEO, search research and AI-search visibility.
- Build and optimize paid campaigns, targeting, budgets and acquisition performance.
- Develop and improve WordPress/Elementor websites, landing pages, forms and conversion journeys.
- Execute email, product, industry and export marketing campaigns.
- Maintain conversion tracking, campaign attribution and clear performance dashboards.
- Build and maintain tested AI-assisted marketing and automation workflows.




- Provide technical support for CRM integrations and reporting; inquiry handling and customer follow-up remain with Sales Coordination.
- Plan work independently, meet deadlines and use performance data to improve results.

Required skills

- Proven hands-on experience in SEO, paid acquisition and B2B lead generation.
- Practical knowledge of Google Ads, GA4, Search Console and Google Tag Manager.
- Working proficiency in WordPress/Elementor, HTML/CSS/JavaScript and spreadsheets.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and AI-assisted execution.
- Robust analytical thinking, troubleshooting, ownership and follow-through.
- Industrial or manufacturing-sector experience is preferred.

This is an on-site role based at our Ahmedabad manufacturing facility, following applicable factory/admin working timings.
