Position Summary

Spectra Solar Power is seeking a strategic and execution-focused Deputy General Manager (DGM) – Operations to lead end-to-end operational delivery across our pan-India B2C Residential Solar business.

In this leadership role, you will be responsible for scaling nationwide site execution, streamlining solar financing (consumer loans), driving customer experience (CX), managing payment collections, and leading cross-functional teams across central and regional hubs. You will serve as the operational backbone ensuring high-speed installations, flawless subsidy/loan facilitation, high customer satisfaction, and optimal financial health.

Key Responsibilities

- Pan-India Installation & Field Operations:
- Oversee end-to-end residential solar site delivery, structural engineering, installation, testing, DISCOM net-metering, and commissioning across all regional zones in India.
- Establish standardized SLA/SOP frameworks for installation quality, turn-around time (TAT), and safety compliance.
- Expand and manage vendor ecosystems, third-party contractors, localized execution partners, and quality inspection teams.
- Solar Finance & Loan Facilitation:
- Own end-to-end customer financing workflows, partnering with nationalized/private banks, NBFCs, and digital lending platforms (including PM Surya Ghar loan integrations).
- Streamline credit documentation, loan sanctioning, disbursement TATs, and subsidy claim processing to minimize customer drop-offs and upfront sales friction.
- Customer Experience (CX) & Escalation Management:
- Design and implement customer journeys from booking through commissioning, post-installation maintenance,



and net-metering activation.
- Build customer service, onboarding, and ticketing frameworks to resolve queries, field delays, and service complaints, keeping CSAT/NPS scores high.
- Collections & Revenue Realization:
- Drive complete milestone-based milestone billing, customer payment collection, and loan disbursement tracking.
- Reduce Accounts Receivable (AR) turnaround times, manage payment defaults/delays, and ensure optimal cash-flow cycles across regional hubs.
- Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management:
- Lead, mentor, and scale multi-disciplinary teams across Central Operations, Field Project Managers, Vendor Partners, Finance Facilitation, and Customer Success.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Government/DISCOM liaison teams to align operational output with organizational expansion goals.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 12 to 18 years of progressive leadership experience in Operations, Supply Chain, or Execution, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial capacity within B2C Residential Rooftop Solar or high-volume Consumer Infrastructure / Home Improvement verticals.
- Domain Expertise: Thorough understanding of residential solar technology, DISCOM net-metering processes, government subsidy schemes (PM Surya Ghar), and retail green energy financing.
- Financial & Commercial Acumen: Proven track record in managing consumer financing/loan disbursal pipelines, collections, and working capital cycles.
- Leadership & Mobility: Exceptional team management, multi-stakeholder governance, data-driven analytical capability, and readiness for pan-India operational travel.
