1.Develop, edit, and optimize CNC programs for HMC & VMC machines using CAM software and manual programming where required.

- Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T;, and manufacturing specifications to create machining processes.
- Select appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and machining parameters for productive operations.

1. Perform machine setup, prove-out of new programs, and validate first-off parts.
2. Monitor and optimize machining cycle times, tool life, and part quality.
