Essential:

- Manage enterprise desktop and laptop environments.
- Build,



maintain, and deploy OS images using SCCM and Intune.
- Administer Microsoft 365 workplace solutions including Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint.
- Configure and manage Windows Autopilot and Autopatch.
- Perform application packaging, deployment, and software lifecycle management.
- Manage endpoint patching, compliance, and vulnerability remediation.
- Provide L2/L3 support for end-user computing issues.
- Support Azure Virtual Desktop and Windows 365 environments.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and operating system issues.
- Create technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles.
- Participate in major incidents, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Minimum Qualification:

- 15 years of full-time education
- Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
