Role Description The Designing Engineer will work in a full time, hybrid role based in Bengaluru, with the flexibility to perform some tasks from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and developing mechanical and electrical components for tax technology products, creating detailed CAD models and drawings, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine product requirements.

The role involves translating conceptual ideas into practical product designs, ensuring alignment with performance, reliability, and safety standards.

The Designing

Engineer will also participate in design reviews,



support prototype development and testing, and iterate on designs based on feedback and data.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in Design Engineering and Product Design, with the ability to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Knowledge of Mechanical Engineering principles applied to product development and system integration.
- Hands-on experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for 3D modeling, drafting, and documentation.
- Understanding of Electrical Engineering concepts relevant to integrated hardware or electromechanical systems.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Product Design, or a related technical field.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage time effectively, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience with prototyping, testing, and iterative design improvements; familiarity with industry standards and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and clear technical communication.
