Design & Founder’s Office Intern | PeakPals

We’re building multiple ventures across fashion, creator technology, real estate and wellness, and we’re looking for someone who can combine creative thinking with sharp execution.

This is a unique role where 50% of your work will revolve around design, creative and social media, and the other 50% will involve working directly with the founder on business-critical projects.

You could be designing pitch decks, creating social media content, building brand presentations, researching visual references, or helping with a completely different business problem the next day.

You’ll work across PeakPals, CreatorPal, RealtyPal and other ventures, depending on where your skills and the business needs align.

What you'll do

Design, Creative & Social Media (50%)

- Design pitch decks, business presentations, brand decks, proposals and other high-quality visual assets.
- Create social media creatives, carousels, content assets and marketing materials across our ventures.
- Help with brand identity, visual storytelling, creative research, moodboards and campaign concepts.
- Turn rough ideas, references and briefs into polished, well-designed outputs.

Founder’s Office (50%)

- Work directly with the founder on research, strategy, growth, marketing, fundraising and business development.




- Support investor research, market research, competitor analysis, presentations and fundraising applications.
- Help with outbound, partnerships, operations, project management and high-priority initiatives.
- Take ownership of tasks delegated by the founder and drive them from start to finish.

Who we're looking for
- Someone with a strong eye for design, typography, layout and visual communication, with proficiency in tools such as Figma, Canva, Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop.
- Someone proactive, resourceful and comfortable switching between creative work and business problems.
- Strong communication, research and execution skills, with a genuine interest in startups, design, marketing and entrepreneurship.
