1. Design Engineer

Location: Kanjurmarg & Padhga, Maharashtra

Experience: 2–5 Years

About the Role

We are looking for a Design Engineer to join our engineering team and work on the design and development of industrial equipment and systems.

The role involves taking designs from concept to manufacturing, preparing detailed engineering drawings, developing 3D models, and working closely with production and project teams to ensure designs are practical, accurate, and production-ready.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop 2D and 3D designs.
- Prepare detailed manufacturing drawings, assembly drawings, BOMs, and related documentation.
- Work on product customization based on project and customer requirements.
- Perform basic mechanical and design calculations wherever required.
- Select suitable materials, components, and hardware based on design requirements.
- Coordinate with production, procurement, quality, and project teams for smooth execution.
- Review designs for manufacturability, functionality, dimensions, and tolerances.
- Resolve design-related issues during manufacturing and assembly.
- Modify and improve existing products and designs based on production feedback.
- Maintain proper revision control and engineering documentation.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable standards, specifications, and company requirements.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of mechanical design and engineering fundamentals.
- Positive understanding of sheet metal fabrication and manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of GD&T;, material selection, tolerances, and fabrication methods.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Good communication and documentation skills.

Qualification





B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.

2. Production / Mechanical Engineer

Location: Padgha, Maharashtra

Experience: 2–20 Years

Employment Type: Full-time

Industry: Engineering / Manufacturing

About the Role

We are looking for a Production / Mechanical Engineer to manage and support day-to-day manufacturing activities, ensuring production is carried out safely, efficiently, and according to engineering drawings and quality requirements.

The role requires someone who is comfortable working on the shop floor, coordinating with operators and supervisors, understanding mechanical assemblies, and solving production issues as they arise.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and coordinate day-to-day production activities as per project and delivery requirements.
- Monitor fabrication, assembly, installation, and finishing activities on the shop floor.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, BOMs, and production documents.
- Coordinate with production supervisors, operators, design, quality, procurement, and project teams.
- Ensure production work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor material availability and coordinate with stores and procurement teams.
- Identify production issues and coordinate corrective actions.
- Ensure proper dimensions, fitment, alignment, and assembly of mechanical components.
- Monitor production quality and ensure adherence to defined processes.




- Track production progress and communicate status, delays, and requirements to the concerned teams.
- Support manpower planning and allocation for production activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve production processes, reduce rework, and improve productivity.
- Maintain production records, inspection documents, and other required reports.
- Ensure proper workplace safety and housekeeping practices on the shop floor.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of mechanical engineering and manufacturing processes.
- Good knowledge of fabrication, sheet metal work, welding, and mechanical assembly.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and BOMs.
- Good understanding of dimensions, tolerances, and measurements.
- Experience in shop-floor coordination and production planning.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD will be an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualification

B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
