The proposed CDEU will act as a centralized function responsible for end-to-end management of post-sanction documentation activities, including:
- Digital execution of Sanction Letters, KFS, Loan Agreements and transaction documents through Leegality.
- Execution of Addendum/Supplemental Sanction Letters and Addendum Facility Agreements.
- Preparation of transaction and security documents using approved templates.
- Preparation and coordination of mortgage documentation.
- Drafting of Board Resolutions, Authority Letters and other pre-signing documents.
- Verification of collateral creation and linkage with respective loan accounts.
- Audit support and stakeholder coordination.
