Role Description: The Deputy General Manager of Finance will oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for Seeds of Innocens IVF & Fertility Centres, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting to support strategic decision-making. This full-time, in office role based in Noida will manage day-to-day finance operations, including cash flow management, cost control, and monitoring key financial metrics for multiple centers. The role will involve establishing and maintaining robust internal controls, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, taxation laws, and regulatory requirements.

Manager of Finance will collaborate with senior leadership to analyze financial performance, support expansion plans, and optimize profitability, while leading and mentoring the finance team. The position will also coordinate with auditors, banking partners, and other external stakeholders to support efficient operations and sustainable growth.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Proficiency in accounting principles, taxation, regulatory compliance, and internal control frameworks.
- Experience in cash flow management, cost optimization, and multi-location financial operations.
- Ability to lead and develop finance teams, with effective stakeholder communication and collaboration skills.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; familiarity with ERP or financial management systems.
- Postgraduate degree in finance, accounting, or business (e.g., MBA Finance, CA, CMA) or equivalent professional qualification.
- Prior experience in healthcare, hospital, or multi-center service organizations is highly beneficial.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, with strong integrity, attention to detail, and decision-making capabilities.
