Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible, organized, and patient-friendly Dental Assistant to support our dentists in daily clinical procedures and patient care. The candidate should have good communication skills, knowledge of dental instruments, and an understanding of sterilization and infection control practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist dentists during dental examinations, treatments, and surgical procedures.
- Prepare dental chairs, instruments, materials, and treatment rooms before patient appointments.
- Ensure proper cleaning, disinfection, sterilization, and storage of dental instruments.
- Prepare and organize dental materials required for various procedures.
- Welcome patients, help them get ready for treatment, and provide basic pre- and post-treatment instructions as directed by the dentist.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the clinical area.
- Monitor and replenish dental supplies, instruments, and consumables.
- Maintain patient records and update treatment details as required.
- Coordinate with dentists and front-office staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
- Follow infection control protocols, biomedical waste management rules, and clinic safety procedures.




- Handle dental equipment carefully and report any malfunction or maintenance requirements.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two or equivalent; a dental assisting or relevant healthcare qualification is preferred.
- Knowledge of dental instruments, materials, and basic clinical procedures is an advantage.
- Understanding of sterilization, infection control, and biomedical waste management.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively with dentists and other staff.
- Professional attitude, punctuality, cleanliness, and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to clinical requirements.
- Proficiency in English is preferred; Kannada knowledge is an advantage.

Preferred Experience Previous experience in a dental clinic or hospital is an advantage. Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn may also apply.
