- Handling service delivery of a portfolio of projects responsible for on-time delivery, quality & meeting customer commitments
- A leadership role with extensive software delivery experience and proven ability to manage cross functional teams
Job Accountabilities
- Owns P&L; of the portfolio
- Establish program controls in the portfolio and proactively monitor, intervene for positive outcomes
- Manage project budgets and ensuring projects are delivered within budget constraints.
- Proactively identify, resolve or escalate issues that may impede the team’s ability to deliver solutions(s) against committed timelines and revenues.
- Lead Customer leadership meetings on behalf of IBS, Build & maintain customer relationships
- Ensure all project deliverables meet the required quality standards and specifications.
- Manage stakeholders who are involved in the projects and programs
Candidate Profile
- 15+ years of overall experience with a proven track record and experience in Software development
- A deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) with an extensive experience leading team in Agile culture & Clean Code
- Results-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality software.
- Work experience in Travel Industry will be an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Exceptional in leadership and empathy skills.
- Ability to drive change and initiatives and succeed under uncertainty
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
