Role Description The Dealing role at Religare Broking Ltd in Aurangabad is a full-time, on-site position focused on executing client orders in equity and other permitted segments with accuracy and speed. The team member will verify client instructions, ensure compliance with regulatory and internal risk guidelines, and maintain explicit records of trades and related documentation.

Daily responsibilities include coordinating with the branch team, supporting clients with basic queries related to trading processes, and escalating issues to seniors when required. The role also involves contributing to client retention by offering professional, ethical, and responsive service during market hours.

Qualifications

- Strong understanding of capital markets,



equity trading processes, and basic financial instruments.
- Proficiency in using trading terminals and related brokerage platforms;
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to follow regulatory, risk, and compliance guidelines, with high standards of integrity and professionalism.
- Graduate degree in Commerce, Finance, Business, or a related field; NISM certification in relevant segments preferred.
- Prior experience in dealing, broking, or front-office trading support will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site during market hours in Aurangabad and collaborate within a branch-based team structure.
