Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Data Operations Executive with at least 1 year of relevant experience and strong English communication skills. The candidate will be responsible for client file processing, data audits, monitoring data ingestion and exports, troubleshooting operational issues, and ensuring automated jobs run smoothly.

The ideal candidate should have positive analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage data operations efficiently during night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

- Process and manage client files accurately and within defined timelines.
- Conduct regular data audits to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
- Monitor data ingestion and export processes to ensure smooth and timely execution.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve issues related to file processing, data transfers, and exports.
- Monitor automated jobs and workflows to ensure they run smoothly as scheduled.
- Troubleshoot failed or delayed processes and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
- Maintain records of processed files, data discrepancies, and operational issues.
- Ensure client files and data are handled securely and according to established procedures.
- Communicate updates, issues, and resolutions clearly to internal teams and stakeholders.




- Take ownership of daily operational tasks and ensure minimal disruption to ongoing processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in data operations, file processing, data management, or a similar role.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Good understanding of data validation, file handling, and data quality checks.
- Basic knowledge of data ingestion, exports, and automated workflows.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and other data-handling tools.
- Ability to identify errors, investigate issues, and follow troubleshooting procedures.
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts.

Preferred Skills
- Experience monitoring scheduled tasks and automated jobs.
- Familiarity with file transfers, data processing workflows, and troubleshooting.
- Experience identifying and resolving data discrepancies or processing failures.

Salary, Shift and Work Details
- Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month, depending on skills and experience.
- Experience Required: Minimum 1 year.
- Shift Timing: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM EST.
- Shift Type: Night shift only.
- Employment Type: Full-time.
- Work Arrangement: Remote / Work from Home, if applicable.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
