Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Data Analyst Trainer to join our team on a full time, remote basis. This opportunity is ideal for freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience who have a strong foundation in data analytics and a passion for teaching and mentoring.
The selected candidate will conduct online training sessions, guide learners through practical assignments and projects, and help them understand how data analytics tools are applied to real-world business problems.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct live online training sessions on Data Analytics concepts and tools.
- Teach Excel, Advanced Excel, SQL, Python, Statistics, Tableau, and Power BI.
- Explain data cleaning, data preprocessing, exploratory data analysis (EDA), data visualization, and business reporting.
- Prepare learning materials, presentations, practical exercises, and assignments.
- Guide learners through individual and group projects using business-oriented datasets.
- Help learners interpret data, identify trends, generate insights, and communicate data-driven recommendations.
- Evaluate assignments and projects and provide constructive feedback.
- Resolve learners’ doubts and support their progress throughout the training program.
- Assist in developing practical project materials and improving the curriculum.
- Stay updated with data analytics tools, industry trends, and best practices.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Strong foundational knowledge of Data Analytics and Business Intelligence.
- Knowledge of Excel, SQL, and Python.
- Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau.
- Understanding of basic statistics, data cleaning, data visualization, and data interpretation.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and clear manner.
- Willingness to learn, mentor others, and work collaboratively in a remote environment.
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 0–1 year; freshers are welcome.
- A bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Academic projects, internships, or personal analytics projects are an advantage.
- Candidates should have a genuine interest in teaching, data analytics, and helping others learn.
