About Position:

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst with a strong background in SQL, data analysis, and business analysis to support Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS) initiatives and enterprise data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of database structures, data flows, requirements management, and stakeholder engagement while effectively bridging business requirements and technical solutions.

What You'll Do:

- Perform data validation, data quality assessments, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Gather, document, analyze, and manage business requirements from stakeholders.




- Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements for development and data teams.
- Utilize SQL to analyze large datasets and generate actionable insights.
- Collaborate with business users, product teams, and technical teams to support CTMS and clinical trial operations.
- Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Power BI and related reporting tools.
- Analyze data structures, business processes, and system workflows to identify improvement opportunities.
- Support data governance, reporting, and operational analytics initiatives.
- Participate in requirement workshops, user discussions, and solution validation activities.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and technology deliverables.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 8 to 12 years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Analysis, or related analytical roles.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data analysis techniques.
- Proven experience in Requirement Gathering, Business Analysis, and Requirements Documentation.
- Strong understanding of Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS).
- Knowledge of data flows, data lineage, and enterprise data processes.
- Experience performing data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance activities.
- Ability to work directly with business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking capabilities.
- Experience translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Ability to conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
- Experience supporting data-driven decision-making and reporting initiatives.
- Familiarity with Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS) and clinical operations processes.
- Experience building reports, dashboards,



and visualizations using Power BI.
- Understanding of healthcare, life sciences, or clinical trial data environments.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
- Experience facilitating workshops, requirement discussions, and solution reviews.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong collaboration skills across business, functional, and technical teams.
- Experience with data governance, reporting standards, and data quality frameworks is an advantage.
