Program Description

This remote traineeship program at MedTourEasy focuses on supporting data-driven decision-making in the global healthcare space. Trainees will collect, clean, and organize data from various sources, build and maintain basic data models, and perform exploratory data analyses to identify patterns and trends. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating reports and dashboards, preparing visualizations that communicate insights clearly, and assisting in the evaluation of healthcare options and provider performance data.





Trainees will collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements, document methodologies, and present findings in a clear, structured manner. This is an Traineeship program designed to provide practical exposure to real-world healthcare analytics projects.

Qualifications

- Robust Analytical Skills and foundational Data Analytics abilities to interpret complex datasets and derive actionable insights.
- Working knowledge of Statistics and basic Data Modeling concepts to support hypothesis testing and predictive analysis.
- Effective Communication skills to explain analytical findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with tools such as Excel, SQL, and at least one analytics or visualization tool (e.g., Python, R, Power BI, Tableau) is beneficial.
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup, manage time effectively, and meet project deadlines.
- Interest in healthcare, global health systems, or medical tourism is an advantage.
