Microsoft Defender XDR & Security Operations Incident Response & Threat Hunting Vulnerability Assessment & Pentesting Microsoft Entra ID & Identity Security Cloud Security Infrastructure Responsibilities

- Develop and execute comprehensive cybersecurity strategies to protect Kiffcom's digital infrastructure, applications, and networks from cyber threats.
- Manage and optimize all security detection, firewall configurations, and intrusion prevention systems.
- Analyze performance metrics and security logs daily to identify vulnerabilities, detect anomalies, and adjust defensive strategies in real-time.
- Collaborate with design and development teams to integrate security best practices, DevSecOps pipelines, and secure coding guidelines.
- Oversee audit initiatives, including internal vulnerability scanning,



penetration testing, and risk assessments.
- Maintain the security budget with precision, ensuring maximum efficiency and high return on security tool investments.

List of Must have

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a dedicated cybersecurity or information security role.
- Proven track record of managing successful threat mitigation and incident response.
- Full professional fluency in English(written and spoken) to coordinate with the Canadian market.
- Ability to work evening/night shifts consistent with Canadian business hours.

List of Nice to have

- Certifications in CISSP, CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker), CompTIA Security+, or cloud security credentials.
- Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals or Associate level certifications (e.g., SC-200, SC-300, AZ-500).
- Experience in the B2B SaaS or technology sector.
- Basic automation or security scripting skills.
- Fluency in French or other European languages.
