Key Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Solid customer handling and interpersonal skills.
- American accent will be an added advantage.
- Candidates from any industry with relevant customer-facing/voice experience can apply.
- Banking/financial services experience will be preferred but is not mandatory.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Assist customers with banking products and services.
- Maintain a high level of customer experience and service quality.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling/up-selling where applicable.
- Follow defined banking processes, compliance guidelines and procedures.
F2F Interview Process:
Candidates will be required to attend the Face-to-Face interview on 16th or 17th October at the respective location — Gurugram or Pune.
