Deus IT Solutions Pvt Ltd is looking for eligible candidates for a high-volume hiring drive for the position of Customer Support Officer – International Voice in Bangalore.

Location: Bangalore

Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)

Experience: Minimum 6 months of International Voice Process experience

**Key Requirements:

- Minimum 6 months of experience in an International Voice Process.
- Strong verbal communication skills and customer-handling abilities.
- Willingness to work from the Bangalore office.
- Availability to participate in the recruitment and selection process as scheduled.

Partner Expectations:

- Consistent sourcing pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Candidate line-ups for twice-weekly hiring drives, including mandatory Saturday drives.




- Submission of eligible profiles with relevant experience and complete documentation.
- Strong focus on candidate quality, compliance, interview conversion, and joining ratios.
- Proactive follow-ups to minimize candidate drop-offs.
