About the Role:

Zynetic is looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries, resolve issues, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure a smooth customer experience across our EV charging network and technology platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

● Handle customer queries through calls, email, WhatsApp, and support tickets.

● Troubleshoot basic charging, payment, account, and app-related issues.

● Create, track, and follow up on support tickets until closure.

● Coordinate with operations and technical teams for issue resolution.

● Monitor open complaints and ensure SLA-based resolution.

● Maintain accurate customer interaction and issue records in CRM/ticketing systems.

● Identify recurring issues and escalate critical incidents.

● Support customers with charger usage, payments, refunds,



and general enquiries.

● Maintain a skilled and customer-first approach at all times.

What We Are Looking For

● Strong spoken and written English.

● Good communication and problem-solving skills.

● Experience in customer support, call centre, technical support, or operations preferred.

● Comfortable using CRM, ticketing, and customer support tools.

● Ability to handle multiple queries and follow up until closure.

● Patient, organised, and highly customer-focused.

● Experience in EV, mobility, SaaS, fintech, or technology businesses is an advantage.
