About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer conversations over the phone and make sure every mom who calls us gets the right help, quickly and kindly.

You will understand customer concerns, troubleshoot basic product issues, coordinate with internal teams and stay with each case until it is resolved.

The role suits someone who is patient, confident on calls and takes real ownership of the customer’s problem.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Help customers with product queries, orders, deliveries, complaints, warranty and basic troubleshooting
- Make follow-up calls and stay on pending cases until they are closed
- Stay calm, polite and empathetic, especially with upset customers, and never argue or confront
- Follow company policies and approved support processes when giving resolutions
- Escalate technical, critical or exceptional cases to the right team
- Log call summaries and update customer records after every interaction




- Coordinate with operations, logistics and other internal teams to get issues resolved
- Spot recurring complaints and share feedback with the team
- Maintain call quality, productivity and customer satisfaction standards
- Stick to assigned login/logout and attendance schedules

What We’re Looking For

- Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English
- Confident, clear speaking and strong listening skills
- Ability to handle difficult or dissatisfied customers calmly
- Good problem-solving skills and a solid customer-first mindset
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel and CRM tools
- Experience in customer support, telecalling or e-commerce is an advantage. Freshers with strong communication are welcome
- Based in or open to relocate to Lucknow
