EDII is looking for a confident Telecaller who can turn a first hello into a meaningful conversation. Help us connect with schools, understand their needs, and introduce technology that makes school life simpler. The role at a glance

- Pay: ₹10,000 per month.
- Term: One-year contract, with continuation during the term based on performance.
- Workplace: 100% remote, always. This role remains remote throughout the engagement.
- Location: Work from anywhere in India.

What you'll do

- Call prospective school contacts and introduce EDII clearly and confidently.
- Understand each school's needs, answer initial questions, and identify relevant opportunities.
- Schedule product demos or follow-up conversations with the team.
- Follow up consistently and professionally without pressuring prospects.
- Keep accurate records of calls, interest levels, next steps, and outcomes.
- Work toward agreed calling, follow-up, and qualified demo targets.

What you bring

- Clear communication, active listening, and a friendly, professional phone manner.




- Confidence starting conversations and resilience when a prospect says no.
- Strong organisation and dependable follow-through.
- Comfort using basic spreadsheets and online tools to track your work.
- A reliable phone, internet connection, and quiet space for remote calls.
- Telecalling, customer support, or sales experience is helpful; motivated freshers are welcome.

How performance is reviewed We will review call quality, consistent activity, timely follow-ups, accurate records, and qualified demos or leads generated. Targets and review expectations will be discussed before joining. The monthly pay is ₹10,000; performance determines continuation during the one-year term.
