Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident candidates for an Outbound Telecalling – Banking Collections process. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers regarding pending loan EMIs, credit card dues, overdue payments, and payment reminders.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers regarding pending payments, loan EMIs, and credit card dues.
- Remind customers about overdue payments and follow up on payment commitments.
- Communicate politely and professionally with customers.
- Maintain call records and update customer details in the system.
- Handle customer queries and coordinate with the concerned team when required.
- Achieve daily calling targets and follow company guidelines.
Candidate Requirements
- Freshers are welcome to apply; candidates with 1–3 years of experience are preferred.
- Valuable communication skills and a confident telephone manner.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to communicate politely and handle customer conversations professionally.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and target-oriented approach.
Salary & Benefits
- Monthly Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹16,000
