Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals for the position of Customer Sales Specialist. The ideal candidate should have experience in international voice processes, handling customer queries, and driving sales through effective communication and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls for an international voice process.
- Provide excellent customer support and resolve customer queries efficiently.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Achieve sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.




- Build positive customer relationships through qualified communication.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow process guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an international voice/sales process.
- Experience in sales and customer service/customer support is required.
- Undergraduate and graduate candidates are eligible to apply.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-handling, problem-solving, and sales abilities.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
